I've gone to Short Pump mall several times now and I might say this is by far my favourite mall. It is an open air mall, which I always love. And even if it is an open air mall, there are eaves that help ensure you don't get rained on. I wish there were more food options at this mall, but it is always clean and well kept. The play area was lovely to bring my son to, and he had a blast running around.

I love short pump.  I work there, but also shop there.  There's so many stores to choose from! It is an outdoor mall though, so shopping in the rain or cold weather isn't the best. It's also a smoke free mall, so there's no cigarette smoke blowing in you're face when you're walking around! Very family friendly too.

Pretty nice mall. It is very upscale. Parking can sometimes be an issue. Food options are great, but not as cheap as other areas. It is an outdoor mall, so dress appropriately. To the weather. This mall can also get very crowded at times, unless the weather is bad.

Whenever I'm in Richmond I make a point of visiting short pump town center.  I find the shopping here is such a wonderful experience.   They have all kinds of stores and restaurants and plenty of parking.  Also, the choices of restaurants from Mexican, Mediterranean,  American so many food choices there's always something for everyone

Five stars you ask? Well, we got to see Charlie Puth for free here in the summer! There were other awesome singers and such in the summer as well. That's not all though. This mall isn't just another mall, it's an experience. You can walk around and bask in the beautiful scenery, as it's an outdoor mall. 

It has tons of stores, from clothes, shoes, sports, furniture, electronics, cooking, restaurants, chocolate, makeup, jewelry, toys and more. The stores are pricey but there are also a few more affordable ones. They have renovated it recently and it has an elevator, gorgeous new fountains, an outdoor seating area, a giant chess set and wonderful holiday decor at this time of year. 

In the summer there are koi fish in the water and a bunch of beautiful plants and flowers. You don't have to buy anything to enjoy being at Short Pump Town Center. It's quite big so it's easy to get lost in, especially if you're new to the mall (signs and maps are around however) 

There are two floors and a lot to explore. I love that you can only walk through it unlike other outdoor malls which are spread out and you have to watch out for cars. This is the ultimate mall in the area in my opinion. I've been coming here for many years.
