Nice mall with plenty of parking even during the holidays. They have an eatery, Macy's and many of my favorite shops. I visited one store that I've never heard of but loved- Buckles. I like looking stylish, but comfort is also important, and this store offers it all. It has clothes for both men and women, young and old. There is designer wear, a great selection of jeans that are appealing to every shape and size, awesome shoes and boots, coats and vests that are very much in style, handbags, and so much more. It has everything you need to look great! It's one of the few stores where you can find jeans, dresses, and shirts that fit those who are either very tall, very large or both. A young lady named Crystal did an excellent job assisting my sister and I find clothes that not only made us look awesome, but made sure we stayed within our budget. I like boutiques because of the staff is very personable and helpful, and that's exactly what you get at Buckles. I live in Maryland, but when I visit Williamsburg, I always enjoy a trip to Patrick Henry Mall.

Love going to the mall. Been there since I was a kid. Nothing to do? Just go walk around. You wont have a bad time

I went in on a Thursday at 330pm, just to pass some time. It wasn't too crowded and the facility was clean. The security guards were friendly and greeted me, as I passed them.

A mall is a mall in my mind. If you don't mind the rush and bustle of the main shopping area for Newport News then this is your speed. It has most of the common stores, i.e. Foot Locker, Victoria's Secret, H&M, Express, etc. Other stores are often changing to improve the mall. There is a revolving door of kiosk that occupy the center portion of the walkway. Security is there are vocal unlike other malls which is a bonus, to protect your family.

This mall has it all! They do a fantastic job keeping the spaces full of tenants and plenty of customers still flock in to shop. Very clean mall.
