Came here from Boulder, CO to purchase my dream car (2017 Shelby GT350) in tri-coat yellow and black racing stripes. Got the car for a great deal and the staff went out of their way to earn my business. Easy to deal with on the phone and all paperwork was ready as soon as I arrived. In and out with the car in around 30 minutes. 100% recommend this dealership and would buy another car here again.

Every experience I have had here has been excellent. If you view going to mechanic like going to the dentist, give Shottenkirk Ford a try. Matt Weir is the epitome of customer service: polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Sometimes there can be a tiny bit of a wait, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a place that is consistently busy because they consistently take care of people. If your experience is only half as good as mine, you'll still be satisfied here.

Best place to take your car or truck for service. Service advisors are courteous and professional. Techs are highly trained and get the job done right. Highly recommend Shottenkirk service department.

I called the night before I showed up and asked about the truck I wanted. Was told it was there and ready to go. Ok, I'll be driving 250 miles in the morning to see it. Got to the store at 11:30 And the truck wasn't there. "Will be back in 30 minutes." So I was told... truck shows up 3 1/2 hrs later filthy and with 2500 more miles on it then advertised. Not to mention out of gas! Was told a service guy had been using it. He sure had been! Clumps of mud in the box, dirt everywhere and grass hanging off the suspension.  I guess the employees need to be driving vehicles for sale more then customers need to buy them. I was there over 6 hrs. I did buy the truck, price and options were what I wanted but professionalism? Lacking. Plus side? I drove my old truck home and they delivered my new one the next day clean, for the most part. The driver was a very nice man. 
If this dealer has the vehicle you want then expect to get all the dealer tactics that turn most anyone off the idea of buying a vehicle. Poor service, the up sale at finance, the low ball trade in value. If they have what you want i suggest planning for a full day. 

Ps. I love the postcard asking me to tell my friends and family about Shottenkirk. Lmao oh I have! I have!

Excellent experience! Joe Gates was professional and easy to communicate with, purchase was quick and they detailed it while we signed our paperwork!
