Bought a 3rd car for our kids (hey, check out used B250 prices before judging) and had beyond awesome experience. Washed my car while we shopped. Ryan Coleman had the car ready indoors for test drive. Super professional knowledgeable salesman.  Was the easiest, quickest and most pleasant car buying experience. Have spa, indoor golf and cafe while you wait for service. They know how to treat customers and care about your car buying experience. I will be touring to Burlington to get my car serviced. It is worth the drive.

Without a doubt the best Mercedes dealer in Canada. The service is bar non. They handle your car with care, get things done fast and efficiently. It’s a beautiful place and always ahead of schedule. 

It’s to the point I’m hugging staff when I arrive. 

I wouldn't trust anyone else but Mercedes Burlington.

I has referred to this location from a friend.  I ended up buying a suv.  This is my first Benz and I’m really happy with it as I’m a pervious BMW Owner.  My sales guy Jay Chamber was very good and I ended up getting actually what I wanted.  If your in the market for a Benz this is the place to go.  I went to them as I’m 45 minutes away because they were referred to me and I’m glad I did.

UPDATE.

Well after giving MB Burlington a great review when buying my 2017 C63S AMG i'm sadly having to change to a one star review after my first services.

Starting with the first lie, When buying my car i was advised i would be provided a loner car equal in value (C or E class) after dropping my car off i was provide a base B class. This was the start of the issues but a minor gripe compared to what happened next.

Now for the big issue, I advised my service rep that no one was to drive my car out of the dealership for multiple reasons- one being that the weather was extremely bad and raining and the C63 is RWD on performance tires, my service rep advised that it wasn't an issue and I walked way happy (until getting that B class).

Keep in mind the car was only in for it's first oil change and had just hit 11k kms with zero issues, after picking up my car i noticed someone had driven my car just over 30kms. This is extremely unacceptable.

When i advised my service rep (Nevash) he shrugged it off as if it was nothing. 

The only shinning light here was my conversation with the Operation manager that was understanding with my situation.

100% will never buy from this dealership again.

First Review.
After my first visit to this dealership i didn't think i would be leaving a 5 star review.

Lets start with that- On my first visit i was treat like a teenager that was window shopping for a car he couldn't afford, I'm happy this didn't sway my decision to buy from Mercedes Burlington.

After some emails, i returned to the dealer and everything changed, the true nature on the friendly staff came though and they were able to find me a 2017 C63s Coupe (no easy task) to drive home last week May 5, 2017.

Friendly service  (first visit excluded )
Amazing showroom and facilities.
Comprehensive delivery service .
I'm still yet to experience the service department but i'm sure they will be at the same high standards.

Currently looking to purchase a GLA and will be buying from Mercedes Burlington.

Sales person was Trevor Galeckas.
