I'm not sure why people are leaving one star reviews. I read them and they said the place was dirty, but it isn't. One review said the vending machines don't work, but I just used one and it worked fine. I've been here a few times and I've never had any problems. Overall, it's pretty clean, and 95% of the machines work. It's also reasonably priced.

The place looks like a total mess and nothing does work. Call the number and the last is ride and won't give is our money back. She claims to BBB she put in new machines that cost $10'000 each. That's a huge lie. Now BBB is on her side. I asked her if she believed in the Lord and she thought I was saying bad things to her. I really give them no stars. So please don't wash there and Wash World is the sameway with rude people.

Horrible, none of the dryers work because nobody is ever there. I called the lady Shirley, who seemed extremely confused and defensive telling me to "not use dryers with 'not working' signs on them" (obviously) then telling me not to dry a small load by itself? Like I need to disperse my laundry over 3 non working dryers. Just spent 5.50 on washing and 9 on drying. 3 hours of time wasted. And Shirley, "the owner" just hung up on me 2 times and talked like we dont know how to dry our laundry. Dirty, unkept, nasty bathroom, non working vending machines and dryers, and musty smelling clothes. Gross.

Open over a holiday and we were able to do the laundry we needed to after a big move.
