Had never been to the place and tried to sneak in on a Saturday night.  There’s only 12 tables in the place, but even then we only had to wait about 30 minutes.  The bartender hooked us up with a couple of drinks while we waited. Tried to pay him but he waived us off and said they’d add it to the table bill which I thought was a classy touch.

Food was fantastic. Had the short rib, my wife the burger and my son the Mac n cheese with big chunks of tender and flavorful brisket. Excellent bark on the ribs, tender meat and a great smoky flavor.

Staff was very friendly and the owner/chef stopped by the table to see how everything was. Bit on the pricey side, but worth every bite.

We’ll be back for sure!

I just visited this place for the first time for lunch today, using the Explore>Where the Locals Eat search feature on google maps, and I feel like I've stumbled across a well kept secret I wasn't supposed to discover.  This place is great!  The staff there is the most attentive collection of pros I've ever come across at a restaurant.  There's a wonderful smell of smoked meat when you walk in.  The kitchen is in full view of the dining area and the chefs who work in it could probably make Gordon Ramsay run for his money.  I'll definitely be coming back.

My husband and I went there for lunch to try a new place. Before we finish eating we had decided to go back again. We both ordered salads, mine had smoked chicken and his head smoked brisket on it. The salads were amazing. The meat was so tender and so full of flavor. Salad greens we're fresh and leafy. No iceberg here! 

The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely customer service oriented and very personable. The owner chef Ryan was on the floor working with the rest of the crew and stopped by our table a few times to talk to us. 

My husband asked for a dinner menu to paruse because he definitely plans to go back...and bring friends!

This was a great lunch. Smoked salmon sandwich was great. Salmon was silky smooth as it seemed to be smoked with only a little heat so it stayed rare. The braised cabbage was tasty, tender, but not mushy. The service was friendly and the interior has been nicely renovated. This place is a real hidden gem.

I can't complain about the food although not having fries as an option at a Grill is baffling. The prices seem a little high and the atmosphere is interesting. An old quiznos they are limited with space and parking. I'm not quite sure the value is there.
