Liked the food and atmosphere. Reasonable prices and  lots of food options.  Nice salsa bar. Because it is self-seating and you have to clean your own table, we found our table to be a little dirty. Had to clean off ourselves. They could probably do a better job of going around and wiping them off. Otherwise I'd give a 5 star.

Jax classic. Local favorite. Won’t find anything like it. Wish I could give >5 stars. Healthy, delicious, affordable, fast and friendly staff

Very impressed. My food took 20 minutes I guess because they missed my ticket or something. I don't think that's normal because every other order number was called within minutes. After I went to the counter to let them know I hadn't received it the girl was very apologetic and I received my food within 2 minutes or so. Some people would see it as a bad experience but you can really tell the kind of service you're being provided by the way mistakes like this are handled. The burrito was delicious and I would come again.

My favorite restaurant in Jax!!!! Everything is super fresh, awesome salsa bar, great specials, and I love the chicken burritos!! Their ranch dipping sauce is really good too and has a flavor ive never had before!! I come here as often as I can !!
