I just called to speak to this company and find out thier side of the story about the previous negative review posted. A very unpleasant woman (who claims to be the owner)  answered the phone, accused me off being a liar saying no such reviews exists and that she dis not care if her customers were displeased (so much for being a valued customer). I am a firm believer that there are two sides to every story, which is why i was going to give this company a chance to speak their side, just to end the call feeling personally attacked and realizing that the previous negative reviews were just the tip of a very cold cored iceburg.
