Stay away. It isn't trustworthy. If you don't believe me then try it but my advice is not to give them your credit cards info.

Remedied an issue I had with the computers I picked up. The computer was missing a hard drive and the laptop specs were lower end. Refunded me the difference. 

The turn around was fast.  Kelly really helped me out. Make sure to check everything you pick up.  Because they only have a short time window to label things and prepare for each auction they do.

The Product you get from SVD is top quality. The level of service compliments they're product as well. Every time I do business with them. I can genuinely feel the best effort that they give in order to give you the best chance possible at the lowest prices around. They're very detailed in description of what they are offering in each auction and you get more than what you pay for each time. The process from start to end is very swift and smooth. I've been lucky enough to deal with JC every time round and I couldn't be more satisfied. They've got a faithful customer on they're hands now with me. Look forward to them opening they're store front soon.

I've participated in multiple auctions with these folks and have nothing but good things to say about them. The people I've interacted with have been friendly, courteous, and extremely accommodating. They always seem to have something I need or want once I see it : ). I've picked up many items including: vintage oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, speakers and on through to older and even this year's latest Apple products.

Stay away. In the fine print there is a 15% buyers fee that you must pay on top of the final sale amount. Had UPS pick up my item, but Hector, from their shipping department, decided that throwing an expensive camera and lens without any padding in an oversized box would be a good idea. Who in the right mind ships a camera in a box without ANY padding.
