If I could give a zero I would. Went in to add spouse to the account and deposit more money into the account. Wanda huffed rolled her eyes and said she would have to find the person to help us. While we were waiting we over heard her complain about us. We understood that it was a little before 4:30 and they closed at 5:00, but this is no way to treat someone who has money at your bank. We withdrew our money and cancelled the account and drove across the parking lot to Bank of America where we were helped with no issues or rudeness and even found a good APR on a house loan. Thank you Babk of America and I will never bank with Simmons again.
