Michael and Peggy are fantastic! If you are looking for a great experience and a unique product, this is the spot for you. As an added bonus, the remodel makes you feel like you are stepping into an art exhibit. We will continue to buy all of our jewelry at Simmons and Clark!

I would definitely recommend this Jeweler. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. A minute later, the jeweler, Gina kindly helped me with my Tissot watch, which needed a new battery. It's always been a difficult watch to unseal, but she did a wonderful job getting it done during my lunch hour. A personal touch: A 3rd generation owner was also at the store and added to my experience by sharing about the significance of their downtown Detroit sign, how his father still comes into work at 91, and that they've been around since 1925. I can see why.

Emailed them yesterday looking to get my watch band fixed. Michael emailed me back quickly, went there today on lunch and the nice woman who greeted me fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Great experience, will be back.

I emailed and called the store about a battery replacement for my Invicta Watch. I was told it would be $15 while I waited. I walked to the store only to be told. "We don't do those, they break our tools!" No professionalism what so ever. If you take a chance on this place, I hope you had better luck than I did.
