I took in my ring to be cleaned and to have the chips buffed out of it and Michael Marusak did an amazing job and was very personable. Ace has great costumer service. I got my ring back in 3 days and it was flawless. Every chip was removed and it looked brand new. I highly recommend taking any of your jewelry to Ace. Everyone in the store is very welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience getting my ring fixed and cleaned and I will be coming back to Ace time and time again.

This place is great, I’m recommending ace diamond jewelers to all my friends and family. The best quality about this store is the customer service. Before I even walked in the door they were already working with me. All in all the customer service was amazing!

Naturally, I can only speak to my own experience here.  I thought the staff was excellent.  A very kind, helpful person helped me change my wife's watch batteries.  She had a great attitude and was genuinely caring.  God bless them.
