This pharmacy has awful customer service. The employees do not know how to do their job or talk to customers. The pharmacy manager working is very rude and could care less about helping customers fill their prescriptions. If you need a important prescription for a chronic issue do not go here because they could care less if you get it today or next week. This place should not be in business. Not to mention they are very slow and lines are super long. Probably because the employees have no idea what they are doing. Zero stars for this place.

If I could I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. I have been on the same prescription for 6 years and always pay the same amount. I went in with a new rebate to save more money. The First Lady in the drive-thru clearly didn't know what she was doing and asked another lady for help. I could clearly see the lady she asked was annoyed and explaining how to enter in the rebate. Long story short they said I had to call my insurance to delete the old rebate before using the new one. 10 min later I walk into the pharmacy a different lady helped me and I said I was told you need to delete the old rebate and enter the new one. She ends up deleting my ENTIRE prescription and rebate so a third lady has to help and get it re-entered. I've now been at Walgreens for 1 hour and 15 min. The third lady tries to re enter it and says it's going to be a while and they will call me. An hour later I hear nothing so I call back frustrated and asked about my prescription. The pharmacy manager answered and said we couldn't get a hold of the rebate company and I would have to wait until Monday. I said can I have it for my old rebate rate for $50? He said no it will be $75 since they can't get my original rebate to work which was their fault for completely Deleting it. I said no one called me back to at least tell me that. He clearly could care less about customer service because as we got into a heated convo he said you need to watch your language and hung up on me. I went to the 24 hour Walgreens in west St. Paul and with a lot of phone calls they were able to reverse what the Cahill Walgreens messed up and best yet they got my new rebate to work so I was able to save money! Cahill Walgreens employees don't know what they are doing, don't care about customers and I will never go there even tho it's 2 min from my house. I'd rather drive 15 to west St. Paul where they care and actually know how to do there job.

Came to pick up a scrip.   Was rudly told to com back in 20 minutes.  Came back 30 minutes later. Sitting at the drive through for 25 minutes now.   They see me and no one is helping me.   I would go inside but I'm in a wheelchair.   Very poor customer service.

Rude manager so I avoid this location & drive a few more minutes, she wasn't rude towards me but witnessed her with another patron. Shame on you store manager.

Manager has a lot to learn about customer service, I went in for a return, she tells me she won't accept with receipt because it wasn't bought at that location or "my store" as she ignorantly claimed. I asked why if receipt was present & she said she doesn't have to tell me why & if I want district manager number. You're a manager of a store, you're not important or better than anyone lol. I didn't stoop to her level so I just walked away & left. Shame on her for being loud, trashy, & rude. Good luck to customers dealing with that lady or "her store"!
