Laura was amazing to work with.  Helped us plan the perfect Honeymoon to the French Polynesian Islands.  She was very responsive to our emails and calls throughout the process. Every detail and question was covered prior to our departure.  All reservations, flights, transfers etc. were exactly as expected with no issues at all.  If you need a travel agent, I definitely recommend using Simple Pleasures Travel and working with Laura.

Laura is so great to work with.  She has organized two vacations for us (Mexico and Dominican Republic) and we will definitely use her in the future.  She has excellent advice that has saved us lots of time, money and aggravation that ultimately has improved our vacation experiences.

Laura was fantastic from start to finish. Easy to talk to and get started with, and provided valuable information on various destinations. Above all though, she was crucial in helping to resolve some booking errors we made for a tour while on our vacation.  It was Laura who spearheaded the resolution and saw it through even past our return to ensure we got what reimbursement we could.

Could have charged double for the excellent service. Will keep her number saved for future travel plans. Wonderful experience!

Wedding planning can be the most stressful thing for a person to do.  Fortunately, with Simple Pleasures Travel, our honeymoon to Hawaii was not one of those things!  From the very first time that Lisa and I met with Laura, she was so knowledgable about the traveling experience and very much on top of things when it came to setting up our package.  Laura was extremely helpful in keeping my wife and I appraised of the activities in Hawaii and the pricing and booking of hotels and flights.  

When we actually got to Hawaii, all we had to do was sit back and relax!  Laura was even instrumental in making sure that we had what we needed for our wedding night in Austin.  Laura's an awesome planner; we've already referred her to some friends of ours to plan their vacation, and we'll definitely be recommending her to everyone we know!  Thank you so much Laura!

I've used Simple Pleasures Travel for multiple trips including a trip to the Rivera Maya this year. Laura takes the stress out of planning a trip. As a business owner, my time is everything. Having her plan my trip, including all my transfers was great! Sure, I could have gotten the basics of the trip done on my own but the extra touches and services made the trip nicer than had I done the planning on my own. Thanks Laura!
