I made a phone order from New York and had the BEST experience. Carlee was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy during a busy time. You rarely see this level of customer service, especially states away! She got everything we wanted spot on, same day delivery, kept me updated on delivery, and even sent me pictures of the final product. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Carlee!

Simply Roses created the most beautiful "thinking of you" arrangement for a special friend in hospice:  10 rosebuds in a special container symbolizing our group of 10 friends close to her in thought and prayer.  They created and delivered the arrangement within hours for only $10 delivery fee.  Try finding that online!  Thank you so much for the exceptional service and such a reasonable cost.

I absolutely can't praise their work enough. Exactly as the picture I sent even better. The roses were especially nice better then I've ever seen. I wish I could post a picture of the gorgeous heart and Rose spray for my sons funeral. 5 star perfect caring group of ladies with exquisite quality of flowers and artistic abilities that far surpass other florists I've used in the past. Don't think twice about putting your faith in this florist. Thank you again.

Although the flowers that were delivered for a birthday turned out OK they weren't what we discussed as far as coloring and the balloon was not attached for the happy birthday which I asked for it like in the photo.   Was for a special occasion so really not happy that they didn't make it the way I asked for the price I paid.

Got my roses today delivered. The flowers themselves were very nice but the lady who delivered them must have been in a bad mood because she did not seem happy to see me pull up to collect the flowers. Also, the card that came with the flowers was bent from water and the words were hard to read, I could tell their printer ran out of ink shortly after printing it. I was slightly disappointed by the service overall.
