I was given EXCELLENT service!! I ordered 26 floral arrangements and changed my mind many times. Emily was amazing and never skipped a beat, she was always so kind and understanding. I would highly recommend them, my flowers were GORGEOUS and arrived on time! If you want to receive exceptional customer service then go to Zahns!!

I placed my order over a week in advance.  I was sending these flowers for a very specific and emotional reason.  They called the afternoon the order was to be delivered to tell me they did not have the flowers I ordered.  When I explained how important it was they assured me they would send something beautiful in its place.  What was delivered was a 1/4 of what I paid for and a pathetic excuse for an arrangement.  

They made a difficult day worse for both me and my family.  I will not be using them again.

I called and spoke to Emily and she sent the most beautiful arrangement to my Aunt. The flowers lasted forever and made my Aunt's birthday so special for her. They even took time to order my Aunt her favorite yellow roses! Thank you so much!!

Horrible place, ordered online tobe delivered in two days and they never delivered them, then I was given a run around, now I call and no one answers but if I call from a different number they answered...  now I don't even know if I should send flowers or not because they were late and Friday was the day she had to get those flowers.  Find a better florist to deal with

Placed an order by phone for my sister and the staff really went the extra mile to assure quality. I wanted something blooming and when the next day came, the staff called me to say the selection was not quite as stellar as the day before. So we put the delivery in hold until a fresh order came in. So, when the delivery came in the next day, she called me to discuss what the best options were to send to make sure I had what I wanted. My sister loved the white anthurium and is something she will enjoy for a long time. Great customer care.
