I have to say that I have been going through a bit of a hardship and have fallen behind on my bill. This is an embarrassing time for me and I have to say that the Property Manager Scott has been extremely helpful during this time. Not only has he explained the entire process of getting behind in payments before auction occurs, he has done so with extreme grace and shown a genuine interest in what's going on in my life. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of extra storage! It is absolutely hands-down THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY I have ever utilized!! The facility is well cared for and having Scott as a Manager makes it even better!! I would give more stars if it were possible! :)

I get paid every two weeks and sometimes, bills overlap and you gotta be late. THIS IS HOW HARD THEY WILL HARASS YOU!!! It's only the first week of the month and look at this!!! This is only a SAMPLE of the HARASSMENT you get if GOD FORBID you are on a bi-weekly pay schedule. Seriously. 830 AT NIGHT!!! Dear Simply Self Storage: i get up at 4. I'M IN BED!!!

I used a 10x20 unit. Simply self storage was easy to work with and great service. Very good with responding quickly to any questions.

Excellent service, excellent place to keep your furniture and all your things that are important to you. Scott is very nice, explains everything very clear and he is always ready to help.
