Been renting space at this location for 18 months - its been a great experience! All the staff members are very helpful and friendly. Heather and Golden always greet me with a smile and are willing to assist me with special requests.

Heather was extremely courteous, kind and very helpful at explaining policies and procedures, showing the rental space, and setting up the contract. All my questions were answered, and I left knowing that if problems should arise, the staff will be very accommodating.

We went online and reserved a storage spot at this location. When we arrived, Bryan took us through, and we realized (with his help), that the space we had reserved didn't actually meet our needs. Bryan was extremely helpful, going online, and finding another location nearby that could provide what we wanted, and then transferring our reservation to that location, and in addition calling up that location to double check. He went well beyond the call of duty for us.

Heather was so helpful and the property looks very ckean. If you need a storage unit you should definitely check out public storage in bloomington.
