Service from staff has been very good- **Karen, Brianna, others** The facility storage itself is being repainted. It seems as thought property may be in process upgrade. The area usually tidy, clean. The staff may be superior to the facility- ** Very helpful staff- Karen, Brianna**.. others. The only issue that I noted during my stay was security- which is a "kinda biggie"specifically the back-side exit gate. On several occasions I noted the gate **wide open** ( memory seems to recall wknds) . A couple of times, I called the office/ 800 # to share that the back gate was open, knocked off track. I would give 41/2 stars , but will allow 5 verses 4 b/c of helpful customer service. JTD

Climate controlled doesn't exactly mean climate controlled. It means temperature controlled, but should the roof leak in the building causing moisture, it doesn't guarantee you won't get mold damage. Oh, and don't bother with the optional insurance either, because guess what? It doesn't cover water damage. Am I being Punk'd or is this anything less than absurd? My wife went in to talk to them in the office about a refund and was advised it would have to go to corporate, but it was denied in the end. Lesson learned. Read the fine print so you don't get moldy furniture like me.

Brianna was amazing! She walked us threw the process and helped us again when we neeeded to upgrade our unit. Good prices, and great customer service!
