My husband and I had a unit in this facility for years. It was very well maintained and our things were safe and dry when stored there. We recently needed old receipts from our time there, and Von, one of the managers, really went out of her way to help us, finding, and then printing out voluminous history for our records (which the credit card company had wiped out). She was courteous, eager to help us and really knew the system! Thank you, Von!!!

Sylvia is amazing! We have been customers several times while renovating houses. She is always helpful and so knowledgeable. The location is very clean and well managed.

Friendly service and a smooth check-in experience. Sylvia let me visit the unit I'd reserve and see a different size to make sure I had the unit that was a good fit for my needs. So far, so good.

I have never written a review before, but the amazing customer service from Sylvia at your store inspired me to write this! Sylvia is helpful, kind and delightful! Having more service professionals with the spirit like Sylvia would make shopping actually a pleasant experience. Thank you, Sylvia!!! I will definitely come back to this store.
