Great customer service! Tiffany was able to help me right away and super friendly! Indoor and outdoor facilities are clean and easy to access. There is a little bit of cooking oil on the floor of my unit, but that's not their fault and it doesn't affect the things I am storing. Overall wonderful facility and I look forward to renting from them!

Great storage facility! Clean safe wallet and great people. Robert is not only nice he's knowledgeable. He came up with several Solutions that helped make our move easier! The INDOOR LOADING and UNLOADING during the winter snow storm was the BEST!! What more can I say? Why on Earth would anyone go anywhere else?!!!

I have been a customer with simply for a few years and I love working with Tiff and Anne they are such great girls they helped me consolidate to help save me some money. I highly recommend this place!

I just rented a unit with Anne This afternoon she was so helpful I did not know what size unit i needed. She helped me visualize how to pack my items in the most economical way! Thank you so very much Miss Anne you were a life saver!

Very disappointed!! I was very impressed by Tiffany the "property manager," whatever that position entails when I first became a customer; however when I moved back to Grand Rapids I asked about getting prorated, and what that entailed. I was given not only misleading information from Tiffany, but I was blatenly lied to, and now have to pay a full month for absolutely no reason since my stuff was moved out before the 1st. She was beyond rude about it as well. I have always paid my monthly rent on time, and was so disappointed to be taken advantage of. I do not recommend!!!!
