Jay is incredibly helpful and pleasant - he'll really bend over backward to help you get squared away. My experience with SSS Ypsi is top notch, and I can't recommend them enough! Excellent pricing, clean units, and close to apartments and homes along Grove Road!

My friends stuff became filled with a RATS, they ruined all there furniture and clothes with tat poop and urine. The place did not refund his money or help pay for all they lost.

Exceptional customer service, Leah listened to my needs, showed me two units, and I moved in the same day.  The rates were the best in the area and I even got the first month free.  I rented a 7x10 with garage door access that was handy to back the trailer in yesterday to avoid the rain.  Couldn't be happier.

I move around the United States often so I have a TON of experience when it comes to dealing with storage companies and by far this has had to be the best out of many storages places I've dealt with. Everything was organized and in order I had absolutely no issues with anything. Leah, who I believe to be the manager at the Ypsilanti location was absolutely amazing, she was extremely helpful when it came to answering my questions and she was excellent at making me feel comfortable with leaving my personal belongings there. Thanks so much Leah!
