I called simply self storage and said I needed a place in a hurry. The corporate office looked and told me they couldn't help but would I be interested in my local Simply Storage to call me with upcoming openings. I politely declined stating I needed something right away. After searching around with no luck I received a phone call from Kevin from the Warwick Ri. Simply self storage. All I can say is I don't know what magic Kevin did but he was able to accommodate me and save my day. KEVIN YOUR A LIFE SAVER THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I have two storage units here.  One for my belongings and one for my car. Manager Kevin is awesome! Extremely helpful and understood my needs and held a storage unit for my car until it was fixed as I garage it in the winter. Great service and very friendly. explained my agreement and lease thoroughly. 24/7 access for a small fee if needed. Security gate with code and all units are locked so no worries storing anything here. A+++

From beginning to end the rental process was simple and very user-friendly. I spoke with Kevin who was both knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He made the process as easy as possible and gave a friendly face to Simply Self Storage. The grounds were clean and the unit was spotless! Would definitely recommend my family and friends to speak with Kevin on any of their storage needs.

I researched for over 2 weeks to find a place with a great location easy access on and off the highway and perfectly located in central Rhode Island this place met all my criterias on top of that the gentleman that ran this facility Kevin was Top Notch usually people are a bunch of Grumps but this guy is truly one of those that you can say is a nice man very informative and a pleasure to do business with I would recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone especially is Warwick Branch off of Jefferson Boulevard I can't say enough nice things and I will definitely be renting more units in the future.

I am a repeat customer and always refer this location when people ask . Site is so convenient. Easy in and out, the site manager KEVIN is great! Answers all my questions , polite, courteous and truly top notch in customer service! I’d like to rate this one 10 stars !
