Coutu bros crew Mike, Carl, Rui and Andrew moved my mother in law on January 25 2018 they were on time and were very polite.  Packed, unpacked, and setup her new apartment all in 2 hours.  They took extra care wrapping furniture and boxes. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was very reasonable. I tried to tell give 5 stars but it is showing 4 stars.

We just had an in-town move and the 3 men that came to the job were great. Hard working and never stopped - they put in a very honest day’s work and with a smile. My wife and I are very happy with their work

I do not recommend hiring Coutu Brothers.  Long story short: they sent the wrong size truck, they damaged some of my items, they double booked my move day, they did not complete the move job, and charged me double from what they quoted me for the move.  
For those of you who like details....when I booked my move date, they mentioned that they have another job later that afternoon.  I expressed concern and the response was, "they do that all the time."  Prior to my move day, I called again concerned that my belongings will not fit in the truck and to make sure they send the largest truck they have.  The response was, "don't worry, we'll take care of everything."  On move day when they arrived with the smaller truck, I expressed my concern again and the response was we couldn't get to the larger truck it was buried on the lot and for me not to worry "we'll fit everything."  
Once my belongings were unloaded off the truck into the new location they reported some of the items that were damaged in the move.  I was disappointed, but I could also live with it.  I didn't give them a hard time about it.  They also informed me that they weren't able to fit everything in the truck and they left my husband at the other house trying to figure out how to get the rest of the belongings into his van.  In addition they mentioned that they couldn't go back to help him because they had another job to do.  WHAT?!? Who Does That?!  and their motto is"Take the stress out of moving"  HA! What a joke.  
After all of this...they want to settle the bill.  What I wasn't aware of or expecting was that they charged me double of what they quoted me over the phone!  Pissed!! He said nothing I can do about it now, you'll have to take this up with my manager later....pfff!  
BTW - It took 5 family vehicles and 12 trips later to complete.....
After a ton of phone calls begging to work with me on the final cost, they didn't.  The only thing they offered was to give me a credit for the damages of the items they broke in the move.  Totally not worth it to me - 60 cents per pound.  Give me a break!  
Obviously Coutu Brothers is dead to me.  Don't become a victim like I did.

We hired Coutu and Rob, Andrew and Kyle were our movers.  We already had things boxed and ready to move, and everything went beyond smoothly!  In fact, the actual move was the only easy part of this experience.  The guys wrapped everything and packed it carefully, and at the new house, took everything out of the wrapping and reassembled.  Three bedroom house move completed from 815-1230pm.  Charged for 4.25 hours and one for travel, just as promised.  As someone who moves with frequency, will definitely go with them again next time.
