Trying to get my stuff out of the storage locker I don't like paying if you got a place to go go there instead but if you ain't got nowhere to go it's better to pay somebody to watch it for you such a good place I still got to get my stuff out of there hopefully by next month or by the end of this month

Wet boxes ... facility is in disrepair ... they have known leaking roofs and rent units anyway!   Boxes placed in storage on November 23, 2016.  Photos taken on December 30, 2016.  Simply Self Storage told me they have concrete roofs and they know about the leaks but they don't know which units are leaking so they can't tell folks ahead of time if their unit will leak or not.  The office staff was initially very friendly and professional but since they damaged my stuff they have been short and unhelpful providing only quick "lawyer like" replies.  They are unwilling to do anything to help me.  The contract you will sign limits their liability to $2,000 but with mandatory binding arbitration there is nothing you can do if they ruin your stuff.  I will be asking the city of Woodbury to issue a $100 city ordinance citation to Simply Self Storage for improper building maintenance but that's about all I can do.  RUN RUN RUN!  Don't believe all the positive fake reviews this company has NO Ethical standards at all

We worked with Tyler Berard at SSS in Woodbury, MN 3/15-3/17 during a quick, somewhat stressful move. Tyler was not only a complete professional, he was accommodating and extremely helpful going out of his way to do anything he could to make our move a great experience. I also noticed this with other new and existing customers. I highly recommend SSS and be sure to ask for Tyler when you need storage help.

Setting up account & check in was very easy. Location is great for both my son & I. My experience has been positive! I do recommend this site!
