Dr. Simpson and his staff are really great at what they do. Dr. Simpson explained everything and made all of my options very clear so I could make a good decision. As they were working on my dental issue they made made me really comfortable and continued to inform on the procedure as they moved through it. Super pleased with the treatment I received! Shout out to Lisa & Terrie too, y’all are awesome!
We searched for a new family dentist for a while before we decided on Simpson Family Dentistry, and I am SO glad God led us here! Our hygienist, Dr. Simpson, and the front desk staff we've encountered have all been very pleasant, patient, highly knowledgeable, and great at comforting concerns and explaining things so you can understand. They are also very affordable for us as we do not have Dental insurance. I was absolutely terrified walking in the door yesterday for my fill -in as I had not had one in 10+ years, and he was very patient with me, used awesome numbing and distraction measures to where I didn't even feel my multiple shots. He was very patient, working in 10-15 second intervals and allowing me time to relax my jaw, and keeping me informed the whole time of what he was doing and why it was needed. I have never had such a great experience with a Dentist. They are also incredibly patient and kind with my 6 year old! Highly highly recommend this business!
Dr. Simpson and staff saved our vacation! We are traveling across the country in our RV. I was unwise and ate a hard candy that pulled off my crown. In a panic I called around 4:00 PM and made an appointment for the next morning. I was greeted with compassion and taken back for care ON time . Dr. Simpson examined my tooth and crown and determined it could be cemented back on. It’s been nine days and it’s holding fast and no sensitivity. So grateful for the excellent care!
