We hired Sims to install our gutters and they were AWESOME! The crew was professional, polite, and hardworking. They worked until dark on the day before Christmas eve and then showed up at first light on the morning after Christmas to finish up the job. The gutters were installed perfectly and are working great. Sims is a great Company, I highly recommend them.

Job looks professional! 90% of the gutter joints leaked. They came out to repair and now 50% of the gutter joints leak! Will not ask unprofessional to revisit my house again to fix! I would recommend a water test before paying them.

We had a bad experience. The contractor was the lowest bidder but we paid for it with poor customer service, little follow up or attention to detail . I would shy away and use someone else more professional even if it costs you a little more .

This is one of the few contractors that will do what he says. We were told that they had a backlog but was worth the wait and my friend was right. The guys were respectful and left my house looking better then when they got there. Will be using them again soon.

We received a quote and signed a contract with this company and 6 weeks later, after a number of calls to them, we're told they are no longer doing business in Duval County. A friend from our same complex called a couple of days later and was told "Sure, we can do a quote for you." Don't know what their problem is. Very disappointed!
