I manage a Flea Market, RV Park and rental properties.  I first used Arnett for needed sheet metal work that was overpriced elsewhere.  After a few bad heating and a/c repair experiences, I tried Arnett.  I found them to prompt, skilled and very reasonably priced.  They became my go to company.

At my home, in Jan, I signed up for their twice a year maint. check up.  Recently, I had an a/c & heat issue that required outside help.  I called them in the morning and got service that afternoon.  They did a fine job and only charged me 2/3 of what I was afraid the bill would be.

Good company, good honest people.  I'm hooked

Called on a Thursday to have a new unit put in our rental house asap, as the renters had no ac and this was second time it's had issues in the last few months. Arnett said someone would be out the next day. Exactly a week later my husband called to find out how much unit would cost and turns out no one had even gone by to look at unit. I guess we feel through the cracks.

I'm a retired, licensed HVAC, Journeyman of 30 years having worked on everything from ice machines & refrigeration to industrial chillers.
I recently solicited proposals from three companies in St Augustine for a multi-split HVAC system. Arnett listened to me; understood what I needed; and worked with me in planning the details. 

This wasn't the case with one of their popular competitors. This company didn't seem knowledgeable of the multi-split system and tried to steer me away from what was required in favor of a standard central A/C system despite my insistence that a standard system was not an option. My requirements fell of deaf ears and this competitor quoted me for central air with an option for an inferior and more costly dual multi-system set-up...don't ask....

So Arnett was professional and was totally knowledgeable of how to install my multi-system and it's theory of operation. I would think twice about using any other company.
