My friend and I were in the area and needed a place to eat. Pita was our directive and we found this little joint down the road. I can honestly say we loved it. Pricing ~ Roughly 10-14$ per person. Most meals cost 12.99 with 1.99 for a drink. They only have medium and very small 6 oz cups. Atmosphere ~ Nice music was playing in the lobby and then the cooks had a nice radio that they were jamming out to while cooking that didn't interfere with the music in the lobby. The employees were really sweet as well. Food ~ I had the Chicken Shawarma which was very juicy and well seasoned. I did wish there was a bit more cheese on it but otherwise fantastic. The rice was hot and soft and the veggies fresh. My friend have the Lamp Kabob which she enjoyed as well. We ended up only managing to eat half of our food so she ordered an extra Lamp Kabob and I ordered some extra Pita because that hits the spot. They were very sweet and gave us a very tasty Baklava to go. Overall ~ Very sweet. The location doesn't do them justice. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area again.

I really enjoyed Sinbad's Grill. I ordered the barbeque shawarma and a side of hummus and pita. The chicken was made to order and tasted great. The hummus was smooth and mild, but still flavorful. The staff I interacted with were all friendly. Lastly, the bathroom was clean and well stocked.Food: 5/5
My husband and I have tried several Mediterranean restaurants around the KC area. We can confidently say that Sinbad is the best of them all. This is the only restaurant that gives us a craving for Mediterranean food. Our go-to order is always chicken shawarma sandwich with fries though their beef and gyro options are good too. Their fries are some of the best we've had. We strongly recommend this restaurant. The service is super friendly and fast. Every time we come here, we're always greeted with welcoming conversations.
This place almost brought me to tears with how good the food is!! We moved to the land of the bland, oops I mean Midwest, about 6 months ago. I eat out a fair amount and have not found anywhere that has “blown me away” until I stopped in here. SO MUCH FLAVOR! I can’t put into words how refreshing it was for a foodie like me to find somewhere that made my tastebuds sing like this place did, after 6 grueling months of unseasoned dining experiences. You know it’s good when you write the review before you even leave the parking lot. Service was also exceptional!
As a foodie who loves Mediterranean food, this place is hands down the best I’ve had! The gyro platter was so filling and delicious, their hummus was also prepared to perfection! They were so kind and welcoming and the atmosphere was beautiful. The food came out hot and it was extremely fresh even though we came in close to closing. Will definitely be returning soon!!

This is some of the best lamb in the Kansas City area! The owners are attentive and really go above and beyond to make visiting a great experience. Fresh pita, flavorful sauces and hummus, tender meats and fantastic rice. Definitely one of my family's favorite food discoveries in Johnson County. Thank you for a great meal. Don't forget the falafel, either!
We love everything about Sinbad’s Grill! These two brothers work their tails off so we all can have 5 star service with a smile every time plus amazing food ! My “go to” place for awesome Greek and Mediterranean Food every time!! They are the freshest and most delicious in OP! Support your local business to help them prosper !! Vegetarian options: You can get any type of food ! Parking: Always easy access!
