Being new to an agency, i was eager to learn as much as I could.  Nathan Daniel, along w/ the Producers and the claims people already working there all took their time to explain the ins and outs and how Sinclair greatly differed from the other agencies.

We just recently partnered with Sinclair Risk Management and have been very happy with their services.  The team is very attentive and goes above and beyond to help their clients! Highly recommended!

WOW, Working with Mike Goodrich and the whole Sinclair Insurance HR team was such a wonderful experience, Mike and his team are knowledgeable, patient, and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company to any organization that needs assistance with filing ACA reports.  Keep up the great work!

If I could, I would give this group a zero star rating.  My grandparents had a homeowner's policy with them for I don't know how long.  I just switched to another company now that their house is now my responsibility and am paying 1/3 of what they had been paying for the last many years.  I got the cancellation notice and a bill for a period of coverage between the last installment and the cancellation date.  When I called to speak with them to ask what dates were covered for that amount billed, the woman on the phone said she couldn't say anything because I was not the listed insured.  Now if she had just said that, it would be one thing, but it was the sheer nastiness of her attitude and obvious contempt that I had left their company.  I will tell everyone about the predatory practices, poor customer service and bad attitudes of this insurance company.  I was going to not pay them the balance but decided to just pay them off and move on.  I hope they all sleep well at night knowing that for years they preyed on my grandparents who were on a very strict low budget income.  ZERO STARS!!!!!!

We couldn't be happier with the professional services received from Sinclair Risk & Financial.  Not only is their team extremely responsive, but they also go above and beyond to make sure you're their priority.  I highly recommend this team!  They get the job done!
