So so glad they are going under and I won't have to deal with them ever again. They hardly cover anything, I have so many hospital bills it's like I don't even have insurance. Good riddance!

Took my money and cancelled my Insurance for october / november / december without EVER notifying me. I payed my premiums on time, they took my money, I got no coverage.

This has been a horrible experience.  They have been denying any tests ordered by my orthopedic surgeon after a horrific car accident. They are making me jump thru hoops just to get anything covered. They only pay for what they think a doctor should charge and I am stuck paying for the rest.  I am now hundreds of dollars in debt.  My co pay is huge.  
I'm glad that the state of CT is investigating them. They received federal money to run this company. My hope is that there are criminal Charges filed as they are putting peoples lives at risk by denying coverage.  Can you imagine if someone died because they didn't do their job?

This has been the most horrific health insurance experience I have had in my lifetime. I would strongly, strongly advise against entrusting your health and financial security to this group. They will take your money month after month, deny that you have coverage, give you a massive run around and cancel you without notice. The state of Connecticut needs to take action against this company. I never had one bit of trouble with BCBS in 10 years of buying private insurance.
