Took a potential business client to lunch, we both love a good beer and Burger joint, so we decided to check out sinful burger. I was told the burgers take 30 minutes, but they are worth the wait. So I waited. Had to practically beg to get someone to get us another drink every time we needed one. The moron that was serving us didn't even know how to pour a beer from the tap, had to keep asking other staff to show him how.. After an almost two hour wait I asked the idiot who was serving us why everyone else who arrived after us is being served their food, and why our two burgers are taking so long. This moron walks away, comes back laughing and makes some excuse about how the order didn't go into the computer, but he will make sure to get my order in right away.. I was absolutely furious. I payed my tab and canceled my 2 hour hamburger order. I was so embarrassed and angry, and I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this experience. I will forever go out of my way to tell my friends and family to stay away from this joke of a restaurant.

Full disclosure, we showed up to the restaurant at 9:40 p.m. We kindly asked the waitress if it was too late to order and eat there, and she said it was not too late. There was only one other person in the restaurant. We sat down and ordered our food. My fiance ordered chicken tenders tossed in hot sauce, sweet potato fries, and a couple reuben egg rolls. I ordered the envy burger with no onions and sweet potato fries.The waitress brought out the egg rolls but no silverware. Why would we try to eat piping hot egg rolls without silverware? Our other food came out and my fiance's chicken tenders were not tossed in hot sauce like she asked, my burger came with onions, and we were given ketchup packets rather than a bottle of ketchup because the waitress said they took the bottles back from the tables to store them. I notified the waitress that my burger came with onions and luckily I am not allergic to onions or that would be unfortunate. She said "for sure" and walked away. To top it off, the food was mediocre as I remembered from my prior visit. I order burgers at almost every restaurant I go to and this place isn't in my top 5 even. Likely will not return. The sweet potato fries are good though, so there's that... One star decrease for our orders being messed up, one star decrease for general service and having to ask for silverware, and one star decrease for mediocre burgers.

So food is only half the experience. On that note the food was great. However Our service sucked. She got us wrong drinks and didn't come back for 20 minutes until the food was up. Then took another 5 minutes to get us the correct drinks. After that we never saw her again until we asked another server to ask her for our checks. We arent a needy family! We wont be going back there. I was really dissapointed to hear such great hype over a place that fell short in reality.

Great burgers and friendly service. Be sure to try the chili cheese fries and the deep fried Oreos for dessert.

After reading several reviews which state that the burger beef was grossly overcooked, I figured to err on the side of caution and order my burger medium, but unfortunately my burger had a barely-warm red center. This wouldn't have been such an issue had the beef itself been of a higher grade, but it was obvious this wasn't the case, and thus not worth the risk. Beyond that, the fries were soggy and luke warm. I will say the waitress was uber polite, remorseful, and accommodating in offering to replace the food. BUT, I was in a hurry and being it was my first trip to this place which specializes in burgers, my calculations tell me the cook oughta have his act together better than what my experience provided (again, not worth the risk): The stars go to the waitstaff who were clearly on point. E: In response to the owner's query & I truly don't mean this in a condescending way @ all: When used properly, a decent meat thermometer is a powerful tool. Regardless, if you fully miss on fries + beef when THEY'RE your main gig, I personally lose faith.
