Awesome customer service! I'm a lash tech and came across their page on Instagram. Found that they were local and offer in store purchases! Score! I prefer going in and seeing the products first hand. I honestly had products I wanted in mind already but the woman broke down into detail what humidities was best with what adhesives and which trays were better for Volume pick up etc. I didn't need to ask ANY questions! Can't wait to try these babies out... Thank you for the exceptional service Ladies!

I have loved their services in the past, (had lashes done for a film shoot), and they are really good at what they do,  but now that I've called three times, emailed twice, and altogether waited for more than 3 weeks to get to talk with someone about a service, I have to say that I'd disappointed. 
I wanted to book before another film shoot.... and after all the emails and calls I was finally told a week ago, that Ashley would get back to me that same day.... but no one ever did!
