I had an overall excellent experience at Siouxland Oral! I was very nervous to have anesthesia and Dr. Miller and his assistant Sarah made me feel confident and so comfortable. They did great work and truly care about their patients! Highly recommend!

Dr. Miller seemed knowledgeable and was pretty helpful with my daughter's condition, however his recommended course of treatment could not be carried out due to the facilities terrible lack of professionalism. She was recommended to have her braces removed immediately and start a regimented physical therapy to start immediately,  however none of this could happen because they WOULDN'T DICTATE THE DOCTOR'S NOTES! I was forced to change numerous orthodontist appointments and physical therapy appointments due to no notes or referrals from the doctor. When the orthodontist, family physician, and physical therapist would call to check on it they were told by office staff that my daughter didn't exist in there records (because they hadn't dictated anything). I called three times a week for over three weeks and had to speak with a director of the facility, and it still took another three days to get it done. So almost a month later we are able to start the treatment. When we did call to find out the status one time we were told the office was just too busy (very rudely) to have a quick turnaround time on dictation. And what did we expect living in Rapid City. We advised her we had been to doctors at Shriner's Hospital in Chicago and seen a doctor in Houston and dictation was done within two days. We were hung up on. So unprofessional,  I wouldn't recommend this place if it were the only facility within 5000 miles.

I had a great time! The staff and Dr. Miller were great! They did a great job keeping me updated on my surgery and kept me entertained, they were really easy and fun to talk to!

I was nervous going in for my extraction. Everyone was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Even after having issues with dry socket, the whole process was smooth, professional and comfortable.

All of our children have had their wisdom teeth out here and we have received the best professional care.
