Staff are all very friendly. I really have no complaints except that I always seem to have to wait 10-15 past my appointment time.  Otherwise everything is great there from Becka at the front desk to Dr. Wiesebacker.  Keep up the good work

Everyone is very friendly and professional; I never worry about how my insurance is filed or billed, and they do a great job ensuring I am scheduling my regular appointments and don't forget. The hygienist is very kind and thorough, and is always offering advice about how to improve my dental health. And of course Dr. Jon is also great; he has a warm personality and he is very cautious. I am grateful to have them.

Yet another positive experience at South Western Dental. They are always ready for my appointment with no waiting! How refreshing when it comes to a medical appointment! Great work everyone!!!

I experienced at this visit the same as always, very respectful and caring. I was taken to treatment room about 15 min after appointment time but received an apology for being late. I did not feel 15 min was excessive. Attention was given to an issue I had with one tooth and I was very satisfied with the responsive give to it.

I was really impressed with the customer service. The hygienist who worked on me was great in checking with me that is was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. Dr. Hansen was clear in her recommendations and made me feel comfortable coming back for more work (and I normally have years between visits).
