I worked with Vicki, the store manager, and had a shopping experience that counts among the best ever. Why? She addressed my needs directly with options that satisfied my budget & comfort requirements. She was attentive. She is very, very competent. I have no hesitation recommending the Pasadena store to others based on both the sales experience & all-around service. Delivery was on time & setup was efficient.

I wouldn't buy anything here again.  They will make you lots of promises and sell you warranties and sound very reassuring but if you ever need to collect on a warranty - forget it, they are as slippery as snakes.

I went to this store first shopping for a new mattress, and told the saleslady we were not ready to purchase today. There was no pressure whatsoever, which I loved. Our "Sleep Consultant" was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated the depth of knowledge for all the products and the helpful suggestions she made to narrow our choice. I'd recommend this store to anyone, and would tell them to ask for Vicki.

The sales associates here are very helpful and willing to work with you on the price.  They were patient and informative. Very happy
