That other review was silly, they are not that old, Dr. Sites is only 10 years older than me and frankly I want someone with some experience to take care of me and my child and the office is clean and does not smell of mold.  His nurse Beth is fantastic, but Shelley needs a personality transplant, the woman never smiles.  If she hates her job as much as she conveys, she needs to quit, because she is really a downer.  Sandy is the entire bright spot of the front office, the whole place, actually.  Demetrious is generally good with kids but seems to be overwoked or overstressed because he has been less patient on recent trips than we remembered, otherwise he is excellent at drawing blood and usually compassionate.  Sites gets knocked a star because of his sorry nurse and because he needs to communicate more clearly about "what to do next" whether making a follow up appt., whether to go to the lab, sit out front, come back around, etc, they all act like you are supp. to know what they want you to do.   Otherwise,  think he is fantastic, but things could be better and he needs to tighten up, esp. with his staff and clarifying directions.  Love you doc, but you are better than some of this.

Stinks of mold. The doctors take forever to come in and examine you and they are all real old!
