We are a small business in our 2nd year. When I went to SJF, I was simply looking for a few sections of pallet racking and some advice on what to do. I was quickly greeted by a man named Kendal who from the start made me feel important. In the big picture, this would be a tiny sale for SJF, but Kendall took the time to walk me around and show me my options. He explained every small important detail and answered every question. When it was all said and done, he gave me a quote for exactly what was best for us. Our company will definitely be going with SJF now and for any future needs because of how great Kendal was.

SJF, specifically Vance Haugen, did exactly what he said he was going to do, regarding our order of racking. It was very pleasant (and very unique) to have a company and their employees deliver completely what was committed, accurately and efficiently (and for the right price). Thanks Vance - I will definitely contact you for our future needs.

Needed to add storage space in my machine shed. Eric was very helpful with design and selection of components. Nearly tripled my storage space for a very reasonable price. Great folks to work with. Thanks!

BUYER BEWARE!! The product was nice and the price was better than I could find elsewhere, but that is all that was good. I ordered 512 pallet decks for my warehouse in September 2016. The salesperson, Thomas, was great for the sales process but when the shipment came in destroyed he has been no help. Please see attached pictures, the product came in destroyed because it was poorly packaged. 60 of the decks were discarded because they would be dangerous to use. I reported the damage to Thomas within an hour of the delivery and was assured "I will be submitting a freight damage claim. I will get this started to day and will work on getting the 60 decks replaced." by Thomas. I have emailed Thomas now on 16 different occasions with NO RESULT. I need an additional 100+ decks but with this issue now in it's 5th month I am afraid to make the additional purchase. If someone reading this can direct me to the manufacturer or another distributor I need more decks but not SJF. ADDED 1/26/2017 in response to SJF explanation casting blame solely on FEDEX: If FEDEX stacked the pallets there would be a pallet in the stack somewhere other than the bottom... try again. It doesn't matter if SJF is only a RE-SELLER, SJF is who sold me the product, received my payment, selected the manufacturer and shipping method. I do not believe SJF immediately filled the freight claim, I asked several times for a copy of the claim, when I received the copy all the dates were blacked out with a marker, see pics added. If SJF is interested in finding resolve in this matter, please have someone other than Thomas give me a call, you have the number.
