Great place to have blood drawn this lady was great! Happy People this isn't the Urgent Care this is Lab next door FYI different building

While in this area for a family reunion I suffered an asthma attack and had no rescue inhaler. Only reason I tried to go here is because it was the nearest urgent care. A hospital was too out of reach for the severity of the situation. Upon arriving I told the woman behind the glass that I was having a asthma attack and could barely breathe. Her response was "is it bad". That was one of the most ignorant questions I have ever been asked by a health care professional. I then realised that I had at some point lost my id. The woman informed me she could not help me if I didn't have an id. Not sir I can't help help you but I am going to call you an ambulance because I understand your airway is restricting and air is necessary to survival. I understand there are policies but to be a health care professional and act in the manner they did was negligent and dangerous . If someone is potentially dying in front of me I will do everything in my power to save you. The same cannot be said for Mercy Lab. You are a disgrace to good health care professionals everywhere. Had I died in your parking lot the whole company would be liable. Learn to treat your community with respect.

I have been going here since I was little and have always loved it. My paperwork has never been messed up, the wait is never very long. the place is always clean, and the nurses are very nice.
