Laziest, greedy, least caring place I've ever been. Ended up feeling like a numbered cattle just being processed and spit out. I have been there for several unrelated reasons and have ALWAYS felt used, not treated. No comfort or pain relief whatsoever. Minimal treatments so you have to keep coming back $. Horrible service for over the phone requests. I spent DAYS before a weekend trying to get a refill on meds that were on a strict schedule. The doctor was never notified for approval, and I spent a weekend feeling horrible because of it. Called for a CT scan. The doc was notified and the order made for me. Too bad they just tucked it away in my file and NEVER told me it was approved and ready. I had to call and then wait for someone to "go find it". They sure are diligent about loading my email with unnecessary treatment suggestions. Anything to get you back in to get that copay and insurance $. But simple random requests called in by you... good luck. I'm going back to independent doctors that tend to actually care about people and they're own reputation. No more just feeding the giant machine and suffering.

I fell and thought I'd broken my arm, the swelling was scary. Was told by one person"you didn't bruise it, you did it good". Then the Dr told me no broken bones, just bruises and scrapes. Th someone who I suppose it's a nurse comes in to clean and bandage my scrape. He would have been much better suited working in a factory than with wounds. I know cleaning a scrape isn't pleasant, but having ointment applied shouldn't be agony.

This used to be an ungent care facility, which many of us in the community used for some years since the building was opened. All of a sudden they became an "emergency room" I guess probably because they added some equipment or something.... Although, they have no rooms to admit you to, or common hospital facilities. They'll just ship you off on an ambulance like before. I guess if health care is still going to be capitalist and free market, which is our struggle in 2017, it might be ok, but these guys broke every rule on many different levels if they are trying to opetate within a free market parameter. No agreement on payment, no warning... They just gauge you because they know they can. I'm sure it will end at some point, but they are out for the "grab". If you are in trouble, call an ambulance and go to a real hospital. (avoid McLaren if possible, hard to do since they own everything now, and the others may not be any better, but isn't that what free market is supposed to be?)

The doctor and nurses here do NOT care about patients or helping them feel better!! They'd rather sit around and play cards! What a joke and to call yourselves medical professionals.

What a wonderful caring environment!!! Thank you soooo much to the wonderful medical professionals at Mclaren Clarkston..... We had the best experience !!!! Highly recommend!!!
