I love Skechers, so that is why I enjoy going to the factory store to find my shoes. The staff is friendly and there is always a wide variety of shoes to choose from. And if they don’t have the shoes or size you need...they will order it! Love this place!

Great store. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The gentleman that helped us was very patient and kind. We got our son his first pair of shoes and had no idea what we were doing. He was very knowledgeable and informative about sizing and fit. 

I never thought of it until I read the other reviews; however, I do agree they lack places to try on the shoes. It was rather busy when we were there.

Nice selection of shoes.  Good inventory and lots of wide with men's shoes. Sketchers last forever!

I unfortunately had to return a pair of the "go airs" (first pair of sketchers to ever let me down)and let me tell you it was so easy. Sketcher stands behind their promise for a quality product. Just another reason why I love the brand.

This store layout is terrible. They have rows upon rows of shoes and only two or three tiny little seats to try them on, at the far back of the store. When I went this weekend, two seats were taken up by people waiting for a friend. If you want people to buy your shoes, you need to provide adequate seating to actually try them on. I ended up putting the shoes back on the shelf and leaving, and saw a couple of other people do the same. Skechers - this is such a basic feature of a SHOE STORE. You're losing customers over this stupid layout.
