Good store with good pricing but horrible service. I went in to exchange a shoe size and the male salesperson didn't want to look in the back room to see if they had the size I needed. He flat out told me that he didn't have it. I went to look for another a shoe and he had the nerve to tell my 5 year old daughter "Mommy's digging and ruining the layout of my shoes". I found the size that I wanted on display and asked another sales person to  get the other pair and I would like to purchase it. She went in the back and found an entirely new pair in the size I wanted. Extremely horrible customer service!

We've had good luck with back to school shoes here for a few years now. If they don't have sizes we need in stick, they are happy to look around area stores and ship directly to the house for free.  Prices are solid.

It was my 1st time today and probably the last. Although i got a great deal on my work shoes i have to say the service was pretty bad. One of the salesmen(wish i saw his nametag) was pretty rude, aggressive, loud and had a lot of attitude. Even his body language was so angry and unwelcoming. I approached him 1st to seek help(with a description) but he said "ALRIGHT THIS IS THE MENS SHOES. JUST TAKE A LOOK AROUND OVER THERE" . When i found a pair of shoes that looked like mine he approached me and while i was telling him that i wasn't sure if these indeed are exactly like my previous work shoes(the ones i was holding had blue insoles but mine had red insoles and when i told him he said "the insoles make no difference"!!!) one of the other customers had a question for him so he turned around and said to her "I AM TALKING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW, I LL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY MAAM" but in a very aggressive manner! He started yelling to his coworkers something about paper and then said to a coworker "WHAT DID I JUST SAY??? PAPER! DIDNT YOU HEAR ME?" ... one of his female coworkers said with an annoyed tone on her voice "I HEARD YOU, WE ALL HEARD YOU, EVERYONE IN FOREVER 21 HEARD YOU TOO!".. I am also pretty sure he didn't have much knowledge about the products because i told him "I need sketchers for work, slip resistant with memory foam in black" because it was my 1st time in the store and could not find them (a few different designs are usually together in a rack labeled "sketchers for work" in other stores like Famous Footwear). I was looking to buy the same pair i have had twice before. Finally i  found the "for work" rack by myself as he continued to walk around the store yelling things to his coworkers.... Everyone else was nice and polite. He was the only neurotic, annoying, loudmouth, rude, pushy and mean salesman in there....

Horrible service. No hi no bye, not even ask you need help by walking there like 5minitures. Never want to go back. Prefer drive far away to an other store.
