Went to shoe carnival at neshaminy mall. Radio station 106.1 was there. The sale was buy one get second half off. But if you mentioned the radio ad you heard on 106.1 then you would get an additional 15% off. So I mention the ad I heard but 2 different associates tell me they know nothing about it. One asked me if I had an email or something else in writing. So, they thought I was lying. Don't think I'll be shopping there again. This happened Saturday may 12th.

They have an ok selection of shoes but I didn't feel they had some of the newer style sneakers that I've seen in other stores. Their prices are certainly no lower than any other shoe store, in fact the pair of Nike shoes I purchased from there ended up being $10 more than they were at a store I saw them at later on that same day.

My family & had a very good experience with the Cottman Ave. Store, Staff was pilot & courteous, I will shop there again...

Great selections, neat and clean, but the customer service is not so good, especially the cashier was using the phone while I'm paying.
