We went to get my mom some shoes. The closes store is in south gate so we decided to go there. As we walked in there were 3 employees all of them inside the register. We didn't get greeted when we were inside. We finally found the shoe style we wanted and my husband had to go to the register and ask if they had it in the size we were looking for. They didn't. So he asked if they could check if another store had it and her response was...."we can order it for you". He got on Google called the store in Lynnwood and trough the phone they told him the one in the citadel had it. We then called citadel and they placed the shoe on hold. There was only 1 other customer in the store and didn't see any of three employees say a word to her. They all just stood in the register. We went to the store at the citadel and we're greeted as we approached the door. While my husband was in line one of the employees went around asking if anyone needed help. As we left the store we were thanked for stopping buy. Thank you Karen for your help. So if you are looking for shoes save yourself some time and drive out to the citadel. Where they can actually help you find a stye, where they actually greet you and where you are appreciated for your business.

Excellent customer service. Bought a pair of sketchers in new York at the start of my 5 week vacation to the USA. They turned out to be a faulty pair and exchanged them without a receipt on the other side of the country after 4wks of walking all over the USA.
