Skillets Restaurant is a family style cafe that has been serving the people of central Texas for over 30 years!! We are still using the same secret pancake batter recipe from the day our doors opened! We take great pride in our food, service, and relationship with the public. We not only believe in the importance of delicious food, but also the memories made in our establishment. We consider ourselves a perfect place to gather with friends and fellowship over a hot cup of fresh brewed coffee and a fluffy stack of buttermilk pancakes.
Our favorite stories are those of people who started out as a guest in our restaurant 30 years ago, and continue to find comfort within our doors today. We are honored to consider each and every guest as a part of our Skillets family, and we look forward to gaining many more family members as the years go on!
We appreciate all the feedback we can get- the good and the bad- because our only objective is to be at service to the wonderful people of central Texas! We are continually evolving, to make sure we always meet the needs of our patrons, but we will never lose our old fashioned, southern charm.
