Matt Skipper represented me against my condo HOA Board of Directors.  Their threatening letter terrified me.  I believed they held all the power.  I was anxious, worried, completely overwhelmed and feeling helpless.  Then through my desperation, I found Matt by using google.  I submitted my contact info online and he contacted me right away.  He was very informative, kind and "sounded" honest. I trusted him over the phone and agreed to meet with him.  When I met him and his staff in person I was even more certain I was making the right decision and  I could put my trust in him.  He sent my HOA a well researched, informative letter with a polite request of what we wanted.  Sure enough he got the HOA to back off and they did everything we asked!  It is highly unlikely we will here from the HOA again, regarding this issue, but if they do harass me again I will contact Matt right away.  Call Skipper Law!  He's worth it!

Matt has been an incredible asset to me a small business owner. I needed an attorney with a vast knowledge in the legal field and Matt provided that. Matt has provided various services to my organization  ranging from reviewing employee/employer agreements to assisting with legal advise - as well as practical advice. What I loved the most about Matt's approach is his honesty. Rather than just saying anything, he lets you know when it comes to areas that are not in his field of knowledge. I will highly recommend Matt Skipper to any individual or business owner looking for an exceptional legal representation.

Matt made the experience of drafting a will comfortable and believe it or not... enjoyable.  Friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and consciousness...  Matt brought up things I did not know to ask (even after significant research) that were valuable for my husband I to think through.  If you don't have a will or want to make sure one you do have covers everything you want it to... I could not recommend Matt Skipper any higher.  Great experience!

        I first met Matt when I was his intern in my senior year at the University of Maryland.  I learned so much from one of the best, and I enjoyed my time with Matt so much that I decided to pursue a career in the legal field.  I have been in the legal field ever since then!  

        In 2014, when I was no longer his intern, I ended up in a bad car accident.  I was rear-ended and slammed into the car in front of me.  My car was totaled, and I was taken away in an ambulance. I immediately contacted Matt to consult him for legal advice, and he not only took on my case, but he also comforted me during a rough time.

	I have had the pleasure of working with Matt on a professional level, getting to know him on a personal level, and as one of his clients, I have benefited from his knowledge and expertise.  Take it from someone who works in the legal field — it is very difficult to find an attorney like Matt.  He is hardworking, dependable, available, approachable, and much more.  Without a doubt, Matt earns my highest recommendation, respect, and trust.

Matt is such a professional. I met Matt through a Bible Study at church and we talked about getting wills and other documents in order. When we met for the details he put my husband and myself at ease. The entire process was seamless. I recommend Matt for any of your legal issues.
