Mr. Sloane Franklin help me with my Dads will a few years ago.  When It came time for me to try to get power of attorney, he instructed me fill out the paper work from the county on line and submit to the county courts. In so doing, I had to get my Dad evaluated for competency from his doctors and get a written report, which his doctors found him competent enough to make his own decision. My dads doctors then instructed me to take the reports back to Sloane Franklin so he could grant me power of attorney. 

I tried calling and leaving messages with his answering service, (who are real people I spoke to), almost every week for 6 months. I also sent numerous email to Mr. Sloane Franklin asking for appointment to get this done. He never once responded back. Till this day it hasn't been done, and it's been almost over a year.

Please be very careful when dealing with Mr. Sloane Franklin.

I would suggest never to deal with Mr. Sloane Franklin. If he really cared about his clients, he would at least return a call or email.

If you value your case and you want to win it...find a different lawyer.  Sloane Franklin may be fine in business law but does not cut it in family law.
