Kids b-day party and having fun. Make sure you read the registration waiver before attending as this place get crazy. Injuries very likely as ages really not separated well and when the lights are off watch your kids lack of staff on busier days. Place is set in an industrial warehouse so dress appropriately. Pricing shown.

This is a great place for a family fun. Those kids that monitor the courts are truelly hard workers, as I sat yesterday in the area for the younger children I realized how difficult it is to watch those kids, especially when one person have to run between two courts, and some parents do not watch their kids at all....i must say I was impressed how the teens who work there are so organized and responsible. GREAT JOB!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY SIX YEAR OLD. My son was invited to a classmates 7th birthday party. I filled out the waiver and left my son to enjoy the party with his friends. When I came back to pick him up he was crying. Come to find out that right after I left he went on the trampoline with his friends but the monitor told him he was too young to play there. He explained that he was at his friends birthday party and they told him yes but your friend is 7 and you are only 6. The other six year old that was with the group has a birthday in 3 weeks so he got to stay but since my son's birthday is five months away he had to leave. So they made him leave by himself - they didn't ask what party he was with or was there an adult they could talk to. They just pointed him in the direction of where he should be playing and told him to go play there (by himself). What 6 year old goes to a birthday party to play by themselves. Why would a facility that offers kids birthday parties allow this type of exclusion? When I called to speak to the general manager Mike he explained the age limit is a Niles ordinance. I asked if it is also a Niles ordinance not to inform the parents that their kid isn't old enough to play with the birthday boy at their facility? He said they make it very clear on their website and signs throughout the facility. I told him I didn't study his website before taking my kid there but since I interacted with their staff waiting in that ridiculous line up why didn't they tell me when they had a chance. He replied we do our best but sometimes we miss it. When the monitor asked my 6 year old to leave why didn't the monitor reach out to the party parent to make sure my son was not being left alone. Mike told me the monitor can't leave her post. They can't leave their post but a 6 year old who is crying can be left to play by themselves. Mike told me that he has many repeat 6 year old customers who come there to play by themselves. Really??? Since they don't ask for us to verify the child's age I could have put any age I wanted - mike's response to that was yes that is the parents responsibility if that is what they want to do. Their priority is to cover themselves legally not to provide a safe environment. Basically this place does not care about a 6 year old crying and being excluded from his friends. They hide behind a Niles ordinance and do not take any responsibility for how they conduct their business. Mike told me that the parents hosting the party were verbally informed that this was going to be the case and that his younger classmates were going to be excluded from some of the play areas - but the parents chose to have the party there anyway. I actually find this hard to believe but will update the post if that is in fact accurate. My son went to a birthday party for his friend and never got to spend time with him. sky high will blame it on a Niles ordinance rather than poor management. Had I known my son would have to play on his own I would have stayed with him. They have teenagers that lack common sense managing their business. You have lost my business - not a good demographic for you to lose. I will advise anyone that wants to listen that if you want to spend your hard earned money on a kids birthday party - go somewhere where children are valued and treated with respect and children are guaranteed a good time - sky high is not that place

This place is a joke. The staff( a bunch of kids)barely pay attention when "watching" my kids jump. No organization in the Cafe took 20 mins to get a pre-made barely warm pizza and a hot dog. One 16 year old is not enough to watch 40 kids jumping. Most everything is dirty and litter pretty much everywhere.
