Visited this place for the first time with my 2.5 year old. It was great. We had sooo much fun! Very friendly environment, lots of different entertainment for busy toddler. Areas for young kids as well. Not even mentioning that I had fun myself as well. Great food choices and affordable prices. Will definitely recommend this place for nice family time or for any kids parties!

The server I had for my granddaughters party was awesome! She had awesome patient with the children didn't Flinch when we ask for more things. She show no irritation very friendly very professional. Kudos to Tiffany I think what's her name.

It's a good place to take kids when it's too cold to play outside. They have a little roller coaster that's actually kinda cool. The place is run by a bunch of teenagers, so I'd imagine quality of service may be hit or miss. Overall decent for what it is.

Everything was really rushed and my entire party the guy was harassing me for a payment. So while my baby was opening gifts (and our time was not up) I was unable to enjoy it because the guy kept interrupting and following me around . So if you’re going to be down my throat my entire party I suggest 2 things, 1, take the payment in advance, and 2, ensure you give me what I paid for. 2 kids went unfed and I had to remind someone about their wrist bands but yet you have the audacity to hound me for $212... more than that, my card was overcharged and nobody can seem to tell me why. Never would I ever spend another dime here. Bathrooms are disgusting as well. I booked the safari party package at $25 a child and they didn’t give me the included cake with my package a joke.

A good place for kids birthday party. The activities include a big climbing structure and slide, a bouncy house, an small roller coaster, bummer cars, etc. There were lots of very noisy token gambling games with which make the experience overwhelming. My five year old son enjoyed himself but left with a headache. The pizza was just ok. The place could use a deep cleaning.
