I usually have a pretty smooth transaction. But today was a no no I rented a Zipcar and I’m on a time limit I rang the bell for someone to move the cone and as usual the attendants are dragging their feet. You have to take pictures of the vehicle after you end a trip. The attendant hopped in the car almost hitting me and pulls into the car elevator. I’m telling him to stop he kept going. Very unprofessional.

Don’t even try parking at night after 12pm.  The guy  was asleep, then finally woke up to say they were not 24 hours while standing under 24 hour sign. Then said it’s only 24 hours for monthly customers.  As if we don’t park here 2 times a week.  Whoever was working May 9 at 12.46am was just plain  lazy and annoying. I mean if your going to lie at least make it plausible.

I pre-booked and paid for a spot. When I arrived I was told there was no space.

Pre Nets game attendant asked for $20 tip to shorten wait after game. After game waited 45 minutes to get car from garage. Appears to be only one person working. Line around the block. Very frustrating. Next time will take the railroad here.

Good price, great location within a 10 minute walk of Barclay’s. Nice staff and quick service when getting your car back. Super grateful that I used ParkWhiz and really glad I went with this parking lot. I heard that other parking lots w/ valet service took 50 minutes to get vehicles back to their owners after a concert, at GGMC I only had to wait about 8-10 minutes!

Waited 1 1/2 hours for our car after a show.  They only needed to get 15-20 cars max so this was unacceptable.  I read some reviews but didn't believe it.  Don't bother unless you can leave the show early and be first in line. Go somewhere else as they are not equipped to handle the few cars that made the mistake of parking there!!

Very overpriced parking. They charge a flat fee for “events”.  Convenient to BAM Strong though, basically across the street.

Dis plase is not viry nice. De people is slow like my younger brother leibo. De plase is noisy leik radiation alarms at Chernoble... Non stop. De lose my car and bring me vespa scooter... Issnice, I forgive dem...

I park my car monthly . Friendly staff and I never had to wait for my car always there once I come out .

U prepay and u f.... 2 elevators. One is non working. Long lines, horrible toothache alarm when each car enters and leaves premises,  non stop. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
